Hey 6th Grade Wildcats!!
I am so excited to begin this school year with you all.
I'm a secondary science teacher with a passion for STEM education. I previously graduated from Florida Southern College with a B.S. in Secondary Education (6-12) with a focus in Biology, and I've spent the last two years teaching 6th grade Comprehensive Science at South Mckeel Academy. In the classroom, I seek to prepare my students for future scientific learning through engaging laboratory experiences and creative real-world projects.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy playing video games with my husband, Mark, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I also have two pet snakes: Roxie (lesser pastel ball python) and Leo (a pied ball python).
