Hello, super second graders! I am thrilled to be starting my 11th year at South McKeel and I’m looking forward to a wonderful year full of hugs, fun, and learning! As a teacher, it is my goal not only to prepare my students for third grade, but also to instill in them a love of learning, successful social skills, and self-confidence.
I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations and then a second B.A. in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I am also Reading and ESOL certified, as well as Orton-Gillingham trained and certified. This is my 25th year teaching, with 13 years in first grade and 12 years in second. I can't wait to share another year of fun and learning with my sweeties. GO WILDCATS!!!!!
