Hello and Welcome Wildcats! My name is Emily Nolette and I am so excited for a fabulous school year together. I graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, minor in Graphic Design and a Masters degree in Curriculum Instruction. I have completed the comprehensive training for Orton-Gillingham, a multi-sensory approach to teaching reading and hold a Reading and ESOL Endorsement. I absolutely love teaching kindergarten and I am so proud to be part of the McKeel family. Kindergarten is going to be such an exciting and wonderful experience and I look forward to a great year with you!!

Lunch

Please follow the schedule on our website for your child's day to have a visitor.

Red Words

To the right side of the screen, I have placed a file that lists all of the sight words (also known as high frequency words)   that your child needs to be able to read fluently (without sounding out) by the end of the year. Your child will be tested frequently on these words so please try to spend a few minutes each night, reviewing these words to help your child read smoothly.

Snacks and Water Bottles

Don't forget to send your child with a snack (packed separately from the lunchbox) and a water bottle to school each day.
