Originally from Ohio, I am a graduate of The Ohio State University.  I have degrees in both Education and Economics and am certified in the state of Florida in the following areas: 

• K-12 Exceptional Student Education

• Mathematics (Grades 5 - 9)

• Middle Grades Integrated Curriculum (Grades 5 - 9)

• Social Science (Grades 5 - 9)

• Elementary Education (Grades K - 6)

Professionally, this is my 21st year teaching and my 14th year at McKeel.  I have taught 6th grade math, 7th grade math, pre algebra, algebra, and exceptional students.  This year I will continue working as an Academic Coach, ESE Math Inclusion Teacher, and in the BYPASS. 

Personally, my husband and I have been married for 24 years and we have a son who is entering his 3rd year of college at Florida Tech.  I love to travel, scuba dive, and spend time at the beach with my family.

I am looking forward to a fabulous year!
