HOLA - I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED TO COME TO SMA THIS YEAR TO START UP THE SPANISH IMMERSION PROGRAM. I have taught Spanish for 10 years at Lawton Chiles Middle Academy. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in both Spanish and Communications from the University of Arizona. I also have a Master's in Education from Florida Southern College. I was Teacher of the Year at Lawton Chiles Middle Academy in 2016. I have taught Spanish 1 at MAT for 5 years. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with smaller children and introduce the beautiful language of Spanish, as well as the culture and traditions of countries such as Spain, Mexico, Cuba, etc.
