I earned my LPN license in 1986, from Travis Vo Tech in Lakeland, FL. In my time as a nurse, I have worked more than 40 years in the health care system in multiple medical fields. I started my journey with South Mckeel Academy in February 2014.
In addition to being a school nurse, I also work at a local Urgent Care. This helps me to expand my knowledge and skills, to better serve the students.
Currently, I have my certification in ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
