Hey Wildcats! My name is Mrs. Rhodes. This is my second year at South McKeel! Previously, I have taught 2nd and 3rd grade in the Polk County district. I am beyond excited to be teaching 5th grade social studies this year! I'm married and recently became a mom to the most precious baby girl this summer! I graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. I am currently working on my Masters degree in Transformational Teaching and Curriculum at my alma mater. This summer, I was fortunate enough to add the Civics Seal of Excellence to my certificate and can't wait to apply what I learned to my curriculum this year!
